CVs will be kept for a maximum period of one year, after which they will be deleted, guaranteeing total confidentiality both in the processing and in their subsequent destruction. In this regard, after the aforementioned period, and if you wish to continue participating in the selection processes, we ask you to send us your CV again.
  • Data retention criteria: data will be retained as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining the purpose of the processing and when it is no longer necessary for this purpose, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure the pseudonymization of the data.
  • Data communication: web developers and the company that hosts us on their servers will have access. All of them have regularized access to these data with us for the exclusive purpose described here. They will not be shared with any other third party for processing, except under legal obligations.
  • Legitimation: it is based on the consent that is requested through the corresponding acceptance box.
  • Rights of the User:
  • Right to withdraw consent at any time. Right to object and to the portability of personal data. The interested party has the right to receive all personal data concerning him or her that he or she has provided to a controller, provided that the processing is based on consent or is necessary for the execution of a contract and is carried out by automated means.
  • Right of access: The interested party shall have the right to request and obtain free of charge information about his/her personal data being processed, the origin of said data, as well as the communications made or planned to be made of said data. When the interested party submits the request by electronic means, and unless he/she requests that it be provided in another way, the information will be provided in a commonly used electronic format. The right to obtain a copy will not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others.
  • Right to rectification and erasure: The data controller shall be obliged to exercise the right of rectification or erasure of the interested party within ten days. Any personal data whose processing does not comply with the provisions of the law shall be rectified or erased, where appropriate, and in particular, when such data is found to be inaccurate or incomplete, the data controller shall have the right to obtain, without undue delay, the rectification of any inaccurate personal data concerning him or her. The data subject shall have the right to have any incomplete personal data completed, including by means of an additional declaration.
  • Right to restriction of processing: The interested party shall have the right to obtain from the controller the restriction of the processing of the data. When the processing of personal data has been restricted, they may only be processed for storage, with the consent of the interested party, for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, with a view to the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of public interest. Any interested party who has obtained the restriction of processing shall be informed by the controller before such restriction is lifted.
  •  Right to object: the interested party shall have the right to object at any time, for reasons relating to his or her particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning him or her (public interest and legitimate interest), including profiling based on these provisions. The controller shall cease to process the personal data unless it demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the interested party, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

By ticking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields of the contact form or in download forms, Users expressly and freely accept that their data are necessary for the provider to process their request, and the inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary.

 The User guarantees that the personal data provided to the controller are true and is responsible for communicating any changes to them.

The controller expressly informs and guarantees users that their personal data will not be transferred to third parties under any circumstances, and that whenever any type of transfer of personal data is made, the express, informed and unequivocal consent of the Users will be requested beforehand.

All data requested through the website are mandatory, as they are necessary to provide an optimal service to the User.
